By law, every travel company which operates in the UK, selling package holidays and flights, must have an ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence). It was designed to reassure customers that their money is safe and if the travel agent goes bust, the customer would not be stranded abroad or be out of pocket.
You must make sure you have a valid, acceptable passport, any required VISA’s and other travel documents for your final destination and any other places in between. British citizens holding a UK passport should note that some countries require a passport to remain valid for a minimum period after the date of entry to their country (usually six months). Please ensure that you give the correct spellings of your details when booking. If there any any mistakes there will be a charge to reissue documentation from the airline.
Yes. We will look after you until you arrive safely back in your country.
Yes you can pay a deposit on your booking. You may make payments of any amounts at any time up to 10 weeks before you travel, when the balance must be settled.
